The Agent Connections make it clear you need:

• a community that's more than keyboard warriors
• a chance to talk and ask messy questions
• help quieting the noise

Old structure:
Old structure: Toolkit vs Toolbox, free vs paid, one-time purchase, lifetime access, and a learning dashboard as the home base.

New structure:
One membership, around $50/month, month-to-month, community as the home base, everyone has the same resources and access.

This is for you if:

• You've been participating in the Agent Connections and don't want to lose momentum
• 12 payments of $58.25 fits into your budget and you like the idea of owning it at the end with no ongoing membership cost.
• You're excited about working with me and other founders to shape the tools, communities, and resources that will help you the most.
• You like marking things off, participating in challenges, tracking your progress, earning rewards, collecting badges, unlocking levels, gaining status, or other dopamine hits that build up over time.

What does it mean?

• Once you have the Toolbox, nothing changes...yet. You'll still have access to everything you have now. 
• During the transition, everything stays in the current form.
• Your lifetime access gives you the chance to help shape the next version.

Part of the build will be inviting lifetime/founding members into whiteboard-style sessions. I'll throw out the ideas I'm considering and ask:

• which ones you need
• which ones should come first
• which ones are not exciting
• what else you want
• what motivates you
• what incentives matter

You'll help shape:

• Agent Connections
• supplier sessions
• referral/matching opportunities
• certification and perk paths
• what support actually needs to exist

I don’t know what this is going to look like. Lifetime members will get to help shape that.

This is for you if:

• Committing to payments before clearly seeing what something is and how it works makes you anxious
• $50 a month fits into your budget as an ongoing expense as long as it pays for itself. 
• You have a specific use case for domestic and want the flexibility of paying for what you need when you need it.
• You aren't sure if you need it and don't have time to find out, but you have FOMO. 

 Why the change?

• Because a month-to-month membership fits how agents actually work.
• If you have a slow month and want to work on something specific or need to get up to speed on a destination fast, pay for a month.
• If you want support and a longer term strategy, stay as long as it's useful. 
• I don’t believe you should be locked into an annual membership on something before you know if it’s going to be useful or how useful for you.
• There are also enough big ticket offers out there. I don't want you to have to save for 6 months before you get help, so this makes it accessible to more people.  

Toolbox access is not tiered by lifetime vs monthly.

The only difference is when access starts and how it's paid for.

• Access purchased before August 1 gives you lifetime access to the Toolbox ecosystem as it evolves, with no monthly membership payment later.
• Access purchased after the Toolbox reopens in the fall will be month-to-month, around $50/month.
• No new memberships will be offered between August-October

Everyone will have the same community, resources, tools, Agent Connections, and opportunities to build their business.
