I'm not a coach or course creator. I'm a teacher and mentor. 

I’ve spent almost 30 years in this industry, and one thing has stayed consistent throughout...new agents need support. 

There's no lack of training, templates, and courses to take, buy, and learn, but as we shifted out of brick and mortar and into home offices, we lost something big.

Connection. Human interaction with the elders that turned into natural mentoring relationships. Friendships with the people who shared our daily reality. 

And now, new agents get lost. And perfectionists over research. And overthinkers collect certifications. And people pleasers drop from exhaustion. And when my mentoring waitlist hit 50 people I saw how many of you need something different. 

So I created the Toolbox, and I've done everything in my power to make it as close to a one-on-one mentoring experience as I can without cloning myself.

Everything in the Toolbox is designed to follow the same steps I take agents through when we're working individually. I want you to have the same light bulb moments and quick wins that they do, because I've seen it work time after time with so many different advisors.
