These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all digital products, downloads, tools, resources, courses, coaching, and materials (collectively, “Materials”) provided by Wendy Bartley, d/b/a USA Travel Toolbox by Wendy Bartley, and her company Wandering Toes Travel, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any Materials from us, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with any purchase or use of the Materials.

1. Scope of Access

You are purchasing access to specific digital content, tools, or coaching services, not a membership or subscription unless explicitly stated otherwise. Access type and duration will be clearly stated at point of purchase (e.g., lifetime access, limited-time course access, one-time download, etc.).

Free products (e.g., USA Travel Toolkit)
Paid online courses (e.g., Business Blueprint, Selling the USA, Niche in 90)
Digital tools (e.g., Trello boards, templates, checklists)

3. Payment & Billing

All payments are due in full at the time of purchase unless an installment plan is offered.
If you enroll in a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments on time. Failure to do so may result in immediate suspension of access and collection efforts on outstanding balances.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and up to date.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable.
Due to the digital nature of our Materials and the instant access provided, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

5. License & Usage Rights

When you purchase or download a product, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Materials for your own business use as a travel advisor.

Use the Materials in a group or coaching setting without a multi-user license

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

6. Cancellations & Access Limits

You may cancel any coaching session or live service with appropriate notice per the session’s cancellation policy (typically 24 hours unless otherwise stated).
We reserve the right to revoke access to any product due to misuse, breach of these Terms, or business discontinuation. In such cases, we may offer a prorated refund at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All Materials are owned or licensed by Wendy Bartley and Wandering Toes Travel, LLC.
You may not copy, replicate, modify, or exploit any part of our content, branding, or tools for your own commercial gain.

8. Disclaimers

Our training and tools are for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee financial results, business outcomes, or client success. Individual results will vary and depend on your own efforts, experience, and implementation.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Highlands County, Florida.

10. Acceptance

By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any product or service from USA Travel Toolbox, you are entering into a legally binding agreement and signify that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
