I’ve spent more than two decades on the sales side of travel — and for years, I worked twice as hard on U.S. trips and made half as much.

When the pandemic forced me to shift fully into domestic travel, I realized the problem wasn’t effort or experience. Domestic isn’t harder — it’s different. Different decision points. Different workflows. Different timelines.
