Day 9 teaches you how to approach suppliers in a way that protects the relationship and signals that you know what you're doing.

Day 10 is the capstone. Same trip, three business models, completely different outcomes. This is where everything — the vocabulary, the structure, the fee framing, the math — comes together in one exercise that shows you exactly what your business looks like when it's built right.

By the end, you have a portfolio. A set of trips that are yours, that you understand, and that you can sell with confidence.

Not every destination works with every business model. This module is where you figure out which destinations belong in your business and how to offer them profitably.

You'll build a portfolio of places — vetted, structured, and matched to the business models that make them work — so you can stop taking every request that comes in and start directing clients toward destinations you can actually serve well. For the ones that don't fit, you'll have a clear, professional way to handle the conversation without losing the relationship.

By the end, you know your destinations. You know which business models they require. And you know how to have the conversation when something doesn't fit.

Reaction mode is exhausting. This module is where you get off the bus and start driving it.

You'll look at your current requests, your current clients, and the clients you actually want — and figure out what the overlap tells you about who you should be talking to and what you should be saying. Your destination portfolio becomes your marketing foundation. Instead of waiting for requests, you start putting the right trips in front of the right people.

By the end, you understand who your business is for, how to talk to them, and how to stop marketing to everyone and start attracting the ones who fit.

"Where do I book this?" stops being a question you ask when you have a supplier system that's actually yours.

This module is where you build your personal rolodex — a curated set of suppliers matched to the destinations and business models in your portfolio. You'll learn how to choose suppliers strategically, how to build relationships that make them work for you instead of the other way around, and how to stop the uncertainty that comes from using a supplier once every eight months and starting from scratch every time.

By the end, you have supplier relationships that support your business instead of complicating it — and the confidence to show up to those conversations knowing exactly what you need.
