Terms and Conditions – Digital Course Access & Tools
Wendy Bartley, Wandering Toes Travel, LLC (“WTT”)

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your purchase and use of all digital products, tools, courses, and materials (“Course Materials”) provided by Wendy Bartley, doing business as Wandering Toes Travel, LLC. By completing your purchase, you (“Client”) agree to the terms below.

1. Access and Delivery

All products are delivered digitally via Kajabi. Access to Course Materials is granted upon completion of your purchase, unless otherwise noted (e.g., early bird or presale access timelines). Any included tools, downloads, or bonuses will be accessible in your course dashboard.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

  • All sales are final and non-refundable.

  • If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

  • Failure to complete payments may result in loss of access to Course Materials and collection of any outstanding balance.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for partial use, missed content, or lack of engagement.

3. Personal Use Only

  • Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable license to access and use the Course Materials for your personal use as a travel advisor.

  • You may not copy, share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any Course Materials, tools, downloads, or training content.

  • Violating these terms may result in removal from the course and legal action.

4. Presale and Early Access (If Applicable)

  • Some courses may offer early access pricing or bonuses ahead of the full content release.

  • By purchasing during a presale or early bird window, you acknowledge that full lesson access may be delivered on a delayed schedule (e.g., starting August 1).

  • All tools and introductory materials will be available at time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

5. Technology Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure you have internet access and compatible devices or software to access Course Materials. No refunds will be issued due to technical limitations on your end.

6. Modification or Termination

WTT reserves the right to update, modify, or retire course content at any time. If WTT discontinues a course permanently, continued access may not be guaranteed. You will be notified if access terms materially change.
