Question 1 of 3
Let’s talk about your kitchen junk drawer.
I don't have one, because it's easier for me for everything to have a place.
I clean it out when I can’t close it anymore. I take everything out, toss the junk, put things back where they belong, organize what stays, feel a huge sense of relief and accomplishment — and then, eventually, the cycle repeats.
I love it just the way it is. I’ve fully surrendered to the junk drawer. Everything important is in there somewhere — I just have to dig for it, and that’s how my brain works.
Question 2 of 3
Whose cooking style matches your approach to your business?
Monica: She follows the recipe. Duh! She's a chef. She can read the recipe and know how it will taste at the end, and what tweaks to make that will enhance not break it...all by reading.
Rachel: She has the recipe, she follows the recipe, but she accidently combines two different ones and isn't able to see the final outcome until she tastes it.
Phoebe: She knows there was a recipe, she has wonderful memories of it, but she doesn't know where she put it. She tries multiple different things to see if she can recreate it, only to find exactly what she needed in plain site.
Question 3 of 3
If your business were a house, which HGTV show should you audition for?
No Demo Reno | All the major stuff is done, working well, and solid. Bring on the accessories!
Love It or List It | You like a lot of things about it, but it’s got some things you don’t love, and you can’t imagine how you’ll fix them. If you see an amazing remodel you’ll stay, but you might want to move to something brand new.
Fix My Fail | Seriously. It’s going to take a full team working round the clock. We bought the Money Pit and the bathtub fell through the ceiling. I can’t fix this without professional help.
