Question 1 of 3

You have  20 hours a week to work in your business. Which of these feels most like you?

A

I time-block and schedule appointments. I give each of those hours a job, stick to the plan, and that’s how I work best. At the end of the week, I generally know where my time went.

B

I work those 20 hours and get things done, but at the end of the week I’m not always sure where the time went. Nothing is on fire, but I don't feel like I'm doing all the things I should be able to do.

C

I try to time-block everything, overthink the schedule, and convince myself this is the week I’ll be perfectly organized. Then I look at the plan, panic, turn off the alarms, and wing it — getting things done at the last minute and wondering where the 20 hours disappeared.

Question 2 of 3

Where do you feel like you are in your professional growth right now?

A

I’ve got my master’s degree — now I’m adding certifications. My business works. I know what I’m doing. I’m expanding, refining, and adding tools on purpose.

B

I’ve finished undergrad and I’m ready for grad school. I’ve learned a lot, tried a lot, and now I want to apply it, specialize, and do things more efficiently.

C

I’m still in undergrad with a class of 150 and can’t find my next class. I’m surrounded by information, advice, and options — and I don’t know which way to go next.

Question 3 of 3

How do you feel about more training right now?

A

Bring it! As long as it's strategic, I have the time and energy for it.

B

Maybe. If there's a clear reason, a missing piece or something that will move me forward fast, I'll make time for it, but I'm getting tired.

C

I’m maxed out on training and learning new skills and technology. I need to stop putting more information in and organize what I already have.”
